Pancho At The Pale

Join us for our fabulous collaboration with Pancho Datos Tequila. You will be welcomed with an arrival drink before the evening begins followed by a 7 dish tasting menu in collaboration with Pancho Datos Tequila providing Irish produce with Mexican flavours. Each dish will be presented with a bespoke cocktail complimenting the flavours involved, along with a brief description of the connection between Ireland and Mexico. Concluding the evening with a in depth masterclass of tequila led by Pancho Datos.
